What we sell
A booking service. We place a genuine reservation with a scheduled airline in the passenger's name and give you the airline's booking reference together with a PDF itinerary. It is used as evidence of an onward or return booking for visa applications and border checks.
It is not a ticket and not a right to travel. No fare is paid, no ticket number is issued, and the reservation will not carry anyone anywhere. That is stated on the itinerary, on the checkout page and in the Terms of Service.

Delivery

Refunds
If the booking reference does not verify with the airline, you are refunded in full. If no reservation could be placed, you are not charged. The full position, including subscriptions and the statutory right of withdrawal, is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Restrictions
- Adult passengers only. We do not book for unaccompanied minors.
- One passenger name per reservation must match the travel document of the person travelling.
- We do not sell tickets, carriage, insurance, visas or immigration advice.
- We do not serve customers, or place bookings on carriers, where doing so would breach applicable sanctions or export controls.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the Service is being used to deceive anyone about payment having been made.
Getting hold of a person
Email [email protected]. We reply within one working day, and same-day on refund requests. Include your booking reference if you have one.
For privacy requests, complaints and anything legal, write to [email protected].
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it the same day, which a chargeback cannot.
